Adela, 27, lives in Andkhoi with her husband, son, and two daughters. Early in Adela’s marriage, her husband was permanently disabled in war, so Adela alone must weave rugs to support the household. “I was saved during my delivery, since I received proper treatment and care,” Adela says.
